Demo/Beta v. 1.1

Ok I got a demo zipped up for anyone who wants to try, cause latly its been hard to work on it. Its a demo, And sorta a beta. The demo is pretty big file size (16.5megs) So unless you have above 56k, I wouldent suggest trying (The server Is fast tho). There is quite a bit of game in it, it should keep you occupied anywhere from 10mins-30mins? Not sure how fast some people do stuff.. Anyway, There are 20 zelaron members in it (21 counting main char but hes not a zelaron member), complete list is

Some tips/help/hints

There is a Day/Night cycle 1 full day = 6 mins, 3 mins for daytime, 3 for night

All 20 of the zelaron members can be found in either the first starting forest map or in the town of zelaron. To talk to them you Must have at least 1 open part slot or they will say "Party looks full" and you wont know who they are or anything. Goto the Inn and use the crystall to clear your party, (All charecter items/levels will stick) Then just go make your party again. My suggestion is to talk to them all first, and say dont join, but after, go back and pick the ones you want

Talk to Everyone! =)

There is a wierd tree to the very right of zelaron town with poor robotic trapped behind and a secret, use the tree (press enter) to try to do something to it.

When talking to someone behind a counter, press enter on the counter not the person (One counter hex in front of person)

Once you kill the sewer guardian, thats really the end of the demo =o

Remember this is only a demo/beta. If you wanna wait till the full version go ahead, but i dont have any eta on its release...

what do i need to run it?

You would need RPGMaker 2000 in order to run it. Try http://www.gamingw.net, or google for it if they took it down from there.

Uhh yeah i added a patch so you dont need to download rpgmaker2k, just go down a couple posts for the link to patch

how do i fight and how do i use the other party members? i cant switch from flame to jhonny etc

There's a crystal in one of the houses where you can kick all party members out, so their positions get reset.

Extract both those files into the directory you installed it in, Replace the second file

yes chruser... encounter rate is a bit... bad =p Ill change it on next beta or demo, or on full version... This is good for me cause you can help me make changes by playing demo =p

what the hell is the runtime package? it says i need it to play.

the game was pretty good but members' speech could been improved.

lol I love this game... I have level 16 Flame, Wiccan, Surpllido, and CronKill... I pwn lol I killed that ice dude guarding the crystal in one turn... Flame cast I think some fire spell, Wiccan cast dark flash, Sirp reg attack CronKill reg attack and he was dead... :D But, KICKASS game!

hmm shit... i fucked up =o forgot to add teleporter to 2nd town once u finish ice crystal quest.....

Yea that should be your main objective, catching the personality and speech of the members as close as you can.

lol you caught mine right in the beginning, I seemed like an asshole! :o What a surprise! lol Anyways, Pengiun, thanks for the favor dude, means alot to me... also, yeah, the game is kickass! It only took me about 2 minuets to download also, niceness. :)

also in case u missed it, Go inside inn talk to girl she asks for bear, go outside talk to boy, he will trade bear he found for peice of candy, buy candy from evil lady , give to boy, bring bear back to girl, get +5 perm mana

The only people I can't find are Wiccan, medievalbob, cronkill, Randuin, and strider

Robotic, go empty your party, goto the inn and use crystal then talk to people around the town, almost Everyone is someone

only bad thing is that it is like pokemon yellow, gold etc every 3 steps theres a fight!

I downloaded the game then got the message so I downloaded the patch put the patch in the zel file and now I get an error msg
saying harmony.dll is missing

u didn't unzip the harmoney.dll? btw... guys... u also need to download the rm2k font patch... or else the font is gonna look like SHITTTTT

Ok I found a mistake. Whenever you recruit Jamesadin, it comes out as thatdude in everything.

lol yeah. Also, I'm located to the immediate right of where you start out... I"m possibly the best character for magic... I can heal you, ressurect you, and do nice dmg with dark flash I believe it's called (plus it effects all monsters) :)

My character is a mage. I can hell loads of damage with Ice Shard!

Where are you located? J/W, also, can you heal and res dudes?
