I'm pretty sure that when you are getting an EtG test, it's because you commited a crime with alcohol involved. If I remember right, Bob was being an ass to a cop while drinking in public. I can only assume that that is the "bullshit charge."

Lol. Yeah if you violate probation you only fail yourself. I mean it sucks, I have had some friends end up in jail violating probation and it is no joke. I'm assuming he's probably already in jail? If the probabtion was only for 3-6months and he violated it with alcohol i'd assume he'd get about a month in jail. But I could be wrong. At same age you've gotta be more responsible, son.

Actually, the charge was for disturbance of the peace. It's a long story that I don't feel like talking about on here, so if you want to know exactly what happened then feel free to IM me on AIM or PM me. And no, it was not for an alcohol related charge.

I was sentenced to 9 days in jail (I served 5 already when I was initially arrested, so they counted those) and I report to the county jail thursday at 5:30.

You mean when you were also charged with open container but you plead guilty to disturbing the peace so they dropped the open container charge? You were in a public place drinking alcohol, and when a cop gave you shit for it you were a complete prick to him. You're lucky you didn't get curb stomped by him. Or is this from when you got kicked out of your sister's reception when you were out on bond, out of state, and under the influence of alcohol?

No matter how you spin it, it isn't a "bullshit charge," it is "alcohol related" and you are a "dumbass." The retarded part is that they fucking TELL YOU that you will be tested for alcohol and you got busted anyway. How fucking stupid can you be?

At least own up to it. Don't try to play it off like you are innocent, and don't come here looking for sympathy.

The second story was never really posted on Zelaron, and I assume that's the one that this thread is about. He told me what happened on AIM, and I can see exactly why he doesn't want to bring it up here. If he did, he wouldn't be able to play the victim, because he was very clearly in the wrong and he's lucky he only got a disturbing the peace charge. He pretty much gave a cop legitimate reason to stomp his ass into the ground. He must have gotten damn lucky because most cops would have.

The only way that disturbance of the peace charge is a "bullshit charge" is that it should have been a lot bigger of a charge and they went incredibly easy on him.

Well it's his problem. You tearing him down for his mistakes or being a general asshole doesn't resolve or help the situation, as people are more prone to learn from experience versus getting told. I'm sure he'll get the general pattern of drugs, alcohol, and being retarded = time in jail after enough over-nighters and fines to pay.

He's been getting fucked up beyond belief, fucking shit up for himself, blaming someone else (usually the person he pissed off, or on, in some cases, I'm willing to bet), then DOING THE SAME FUCKING THING like a month later.

I have a friend in real life who does the exact same thing. He got drunk, broke into a stranger's house, and got naked in their bath tub. He's done countless shit similar to that and one time fell into a bonfire while wasted. It's pretty sad. I honestly believe he can't help it and eventually he will either kill himself or go to prison for a large part of his life for doing something totally idiotic. This might be the best for society :P.

Yeah, I guess at that point they just have no control over their lives anymore.
