So, what exactly is the, uh... logo? It looks like a doctor/nurse (her clothes) about to eat it, but I dunno. She must really like sausage, since she looks so... dreamy?

I'm going to have to say advertisement. Sausage couldn't provoke such profound enjoyment otherwise. Also, sex sells. Sexy girl, phallic sausage. I'd wager it's not an American ad though.

Otherwise, we'd all recognize it.
