Witch Burnings
Discuss...
|
If the witch in question were a real witch, he or she should have been able to stop the flames and walk away, unharmed.
However, as the majority of witches burnt were burnt only so a neighbour could have their land, it is safe to say that they could not have succeeded with said trick. Also, never burn a witch that you've just dunked. It's like trying to burn a wet log. For some reason "Natasta" springs to mind, too. |
Rob Zombie comes to mind for me.
Dragula. And Natasta. |

Witches are made of wood. That's why they burn so easily.

Witches float.
|
While I get trashed as hell!
|
Are both events dependent on the other?
|
No wonder all the "witches" drowned. HoH wasn't even born yet, so he couldn't get trashed!
|
Witches are people too.
|
Albeit slightly weird people.
Name a witch who was completely and utterly, bog-standard average. |
Lenny, I'm glad I come to mind when you think of witches. I'm touched. Actually, to let all of know being a witch isn't a bad thing. Yes, we are people too. But, we are stronger in some areas that others are not. If you trully think about it your doctors are witches too. And to be honest, some people see Christian preachers as witches too, because of the way they can get the "Holy Ghost". But, did you know that witches, Pagans,Wiccans, Greeks,Romans, and Eygptians... all worship the same Gods and Goddesses? Well, they do. They kow them by different names. Other than Pagans they (me included, for I am a pagan) know these Gods and Goddesses from each of the religions and worship them also. Matter of fact, Paganism is the oldest religion in the world. It's kinda ironic, because people are trying to say that it the "New Age" religion. But, it is not. Actually, Christianity came from Paganism. So, did Catholicism.

mjordan2nd, you are wrong. You didn't eat parts of me. I'm still completely intacted. I'm also very much alive. I'm amazed I'm not actually burned at the stake. Oh I forgot, they can't do that anymore. Thanks to the "Bill of Rights".
I have a freedom of religion. Dang, and they also stoped burning witches at the stake or killing them period since the whole witch hunt at Salem. Dang, you all are out of luck. |
If you're not in America they can.
In fact, they CAN do it in America, just not legally. Still doesn't stop them from doing it. Quote:

Wrong dear sir. Actually some people don't consider me as a witch. Because, I'm a Pagan High Priestess. Oh yeah, you can't possibly be "Jesus" nor "God".
For the simple fact, the pagans out casted several of their own memebers centeries ago for using the forbidden magic against their own people. Then they decided to get back the pagans and start a new religion of their own. They called it "Christanity." Then they decided that they needed something to worship. They then remembered that the Pagan Goddess was carring a child. So, they waited for the Goddess to go to sleep, they came in and cut the goddess open and stole the baby out of her womb. They thought that Paganism would die off beens they had the Pagans new God. But little did they know, the Goddess was carring twins that year. Then later on the "Christians" had a disagreement amongst themselves. They then decided to split off into two seperate groups. "Christanity" and "Catholicism." They worshiped the same "GOD" but seperate ways. They even later on went by two different books. They even came up with two different names for their buildings they worshiped in. Amazing? Not the least. |

First of all, get your fucking facts straight, bitch. I never ONCE claimed to be Jesus. I know I can't be Jesus. I claimed to be Black Jesus. Second, if you're a Pagan High Priestess I think I might fucking vomit. I'm fairly disillusioned with even the major religions, but if this so-called "religion" is putting a fat, retarded (you're presumably a chick on a gaming forum...I don't care what you say, you are fat. No, those aren't big bones) 17-year old chick in that type of position then that's not a fucking religion. That's the quintessence of idiocy with the facade of being faith. And as far as dubious story goes, do you have any historical references, or are you simply pulling this shit out of your ass. I doubt you have any historical evidence, because most likely none of that shit ever happend. Lets see. You want me to believe that around 2000 years ago people decided to cut a woman open, and she lived through it. Secondly, they took a fetus, but entirely missed another one. Seriously? Who believes that shit? And get it through your dense, thick, grimy skull...CATHOLICS ARE CHRISTIANS. Holy shit. |
Amen, Black Jesus.
|
If you think about it that's basically what I said. Have you ever heard of reading between the lines. I also said that Catholicism came from Christanity which came from Paganism. So if you look at it right..... Catholicism is Paganism.

Granted that modern day Christianity has aspects of Paganism, it is not a derivitive of Paganism. It's a derivitive of Judaism, you stupid bitch. I'm formerly Catholic and I've studied religions and I probably know a bit more than you do in this aspect.
