Opinions on...
Atkins Diet.
Do you think it's bullshit? Do you think it works? Do you think it works for only certain people? I honestly think it is bullshit. I was taught, growing up, that Carbs are a source for energy and are good for that. |
Body can't burn fat without energy.
Pretty much everything I eat is carbs and I'm very thin. I'm about 140 6'1". Oh yeah and I sit here all day. |
Yeah, but you're 16 and your metabolism is just going to deteriorate over time. Either way, I think the Atkins diet can work, but it isn't a very healthy diet.

The main thing to not being a fatass, is not eating like a fatass. If your fat, and you come here all day long and play games all day long. Then don't, do some damn pushups, go drink some water, Eat salad instead of ravioli. Simple shit like that , just exercise all the time and eat good, doesn't matter what it is, if you eat good portions you'll do fine.

Mantralord has lost several pounds on the Atkins diet. It isn't a healthy decision though. Best thing would be to cut fast food and too much greasy foods, eat a salad a day, and excersize.
That's what I did, I used to weigh 288, now I weigh 185, and I am 6'3. |
It works because the body is forced to sue fat as fuel instead of carbs, but you do feel like shit, from what i've heard. Im starting my cutting cycle this week
