Best PvP char build n setup
 

i know this should to go the PvP section but not many ppls go there so might as well do it here,ever wanted to know the best PvP char in the game well its a pally build called a templar(using fist of heaven as main killing skill wif max conv) get full griz set , socket everythin wif 5/5 lite facets....im not kiddin..ever seen how many sockets the set offers... wif that u can own every single char in the game wif juz one FOH ....well good luck finding like the 5/5 lite facets currently making one myself ....got griz but only 3 5/5 lite facets now =(.......

necros get owned by templars always even if they r enigma using bonemancers cuz FOH doesnt require u to aim or even click on ur opponent,as it will auto hit an enemy , so u juz hav to charge n foh the necro

If you do not target with foh im sure it would do like ts and hit a bone wall.

true but thats if ur off screen,charging near a necro n cast foh on him(clicking on him) Owned =)

Yeah, well Necro can leave some BS Bomb behind and tele away. ;) It's not cause necro can be very offensive now that they cannot be used like in 1.09 :)

well so far the only successful templar i saw in duels is heavenshand,well he pwned my pally,he wears griz set wif alot of lite facets n wif max conviction ...i cant get max res nor even 10 res .............. he probably had like 10 lite facets on griz set

Yeah, well im sure they can do great damage and that they are far from weak. But im sure that a Fire Sorc that keep a good range will never be hit. There is also those cheap light trap ass that can use facet the same way to enchance their trap. Not to mention the forced recovery state that Mind Blast lvl 1 put anyone in.

I know in 1.09, FoHers had to click enemy character to hit with it, did they change this? I had a FoHer...

yea foh can be hit off screen now,i seen ppls gettin hit(including me but the templar was off my screen) , yea kuja its true that high dmging fire sorc wif high fcr can spam enough fireballs to get the kill but if the templar has enigma or is skilled , he could juz charge up to u n foh u, yea trapsins can be cheap as well but templars seem to be more effective as templars wear full griz set giving them 14 sockets or so,so imagine 14 5/5 lite facets on wif max conviction...........

They don't have to aim now, or are they merely name-locking you?

Hum, im quite sure you could do it in 1.09 too.
FoH can hit off screen without aiming but it isnt really far.

It only hit minions off-screen and running. I always had to manually click them. Same thing with Assassin's Dragon Flight, as you had to manually click the target with that too.

Try to shift+cast FoH it will hit monster off screen. :)

yea,good templars can pwn everything off screen but the drawback is that if there r carvers or quill rats around ur opponent ur foh will hit it instead of ur opponent,so charging near ur enemy n cast foh manually on him is the best choice ^^

First off, how do you know ladder is going to reset, haven't looked around lately..

Eh, foh'ers wont be as good as trappers/necros

ladder resets every 3-4 months a year, its been like 3 months already,no trapsins arent very good cuz if u wore absorb n max res,she'll be a free kill to u , but templars on the otherhand can pwn other chars wif max res / absorb cuz of conviction.at lvl20 conv gives u -125% enemy res, wif most gear u'll get it to like say 30+ that will prolly give bout -200res+ or around that, and wearing full griz set or juz parts of it gives u ton of open sockets where u can socket 5/5 or lesser lite facets jewels....so u can pwn mostly anyone including annoying tele sorcs wif one foh.....and templars are one of the best in NKInG lol,since foh is auto a click near an enemy or somethin will hit him,yea bonemancers r good but if im not mistaken bonearmor only absorbs physical dmg rite?,so necros will hav the same problem as everyone else except for sorcs or barb in which sorcs hav mana shield and barbs has tons of life but a few fohs will kill em =)

Necro Bone armor is physical damage.
Druid Cyclone armor is elemental damage. (Fire, Ice, Lightning)

Trap ass are good. 5 Trap well placed will make it easier to hit. Any good trap ass will use level 1 mind blast to make a forced recovery. With a very good casting rate it hard to even do anything. So 5 trap hitting and causing the recovery even more will make it deadly. Trap are also very useful to control the battle field. With Heart of the Oak it is possible to have a Oak Sage and with lvl 1 + Shadow Warrior or Master it already make 2 target. Which make it hard to stop and hit randomly. By stoping it also mean risking getting hit by traps. Which is why Trap ass can be good. Someone that is a fast clicker would most likly win against a paly as the paly only chance will be to charge in the area needed to cast. But while charging the trap ass can mind blast lock and place in between a trap if needed. With some Lightning Facet they are great.

not really havent found a trapsin that can beat me besides nub-xxxxxxx thats cuz he has a lvl8 lower res wand or somethin as lvl2 lower res still gives me 85 res and one charge owns trapsins....many hav fallen before my zerk =P its really nice to die in the first round when u wearing melee dueling gear n got owned by a trapsin,then in the next round wear absorb gear ^^ ,actually it depends on the trapsins gear, i hav blackthorn,wisps,tgods on when i duel a trapsin mostly juz tgods if they r really tough like nub-xxxxxxxxxx u gota wear Lightsabre as well =(.......
