The taste of beer, is there anything worse?
 

Im sry but how can you possibly take a drink of beer and actually enjoy the taste? I can understand dilluting it to get rid of the taste but keep the after effect, but enjoy that sweet disgusting taste? Yuck is all that comes into mind when I think of how beer tastes... Any of you hardcore drinkers care to tell how you aquired a savy for this revolting taste?

Tequila is nasty. Beer is alright, coolers, and Wine I like. Anyone tried Ouzo? After meals in Greece they give you a shot. Hell, it burns all the way down your throat, and you can feel it in your stomach. Arrg.

I could agree that wine tastes somewhat better than beer but it too tastes bad in general.

If you want good alchohol try mikes hard lemonade. Great stuff. I fucking hate beer but i love this stuff.

Never ever take a shot of champagne. When i was in europe, my dad didnt give a shit if i got drunk. SO i got hammered. I took a shot of that shit, and holy crap it bubbled in my throat so bad, there was so many bubbles it almost shot up from my throat and onto the floor.

Depends on what you're drinking. I don't drink anymore, but I have had a few different kinds of beer. The only one I can say I liked was Miller Light. It was what my dad drank.

My least favorite was Corona. There's a reason it's yellow.

Beer is a cheap and effective way to get drunk. I dont particularly enjoy the taste but I will drink it to get drunk if there is nothing else available.

plain and simple. It DOES taste like shit. But in my opinion, something that tastes worse that beer is toothpaste in a margarita.

Only idiot start by drinking Tequila. You drink stuff that taste good and contain alcohol for a while. Then you go to stuff like Tequila cause you aint tasting as much anymore.

Most "Kids" dont like the taste of beer, whiskey, and other alcholic beverages. Usually when you get older you tend to like it better...Couple years ago I couldent stand some of that crap but after you drink it a while you get a better taste for it, and its not bad anymore.

Well its true.... Not the sheep shit part.... Most "Kids" tend to argue that if they dont like something now they cant in the world see how they would like it later. Once you get older you understand better, Just because something tastes like crap now does not mean it will taste like crap later. I am sure there are a couple examples you can think of where you did not like something when you were younger but you like it or can stand it and not not like it now....I just cant think of more examples right now -.-

That i agree with you our taste change over time. Some thing we used to love can go as far as causing allergies and we hate the taste too. Ppl can also start to love eating stuff they hated in the past.

What i mean is i did see many get to like something over time not cause their taste changed naturaly cause they almost forced themself to like it. Which is basicly what most ppl refer to as *aquired taste*.

Eh yeah your older then me :cool: But, there are always exceptions and maybe you just dont like it. But most people dont like beer/alchohal when they are young, but later in life they do end up drinking it. Forced or not, its the same outcome :killgrin:

Unless you have a very acidic piss i doubt it would taste much. It most likely wont be healthy but most likely better then beer.

Did you know that when you taste something the only real thing you taste with your mouth is the texture and about 10% the flavor. All the rest of the taste is your nose doing. Which is why someone sick having his nose blocked will hardly be able to taste anything. So if you tell me you never been able to know the smell of shit by now.
