Does TS count MF?
I wanted to know if thunder storm kills a monster is the mf counted or does is count 0 mf like ive heard on forums.
0 MF
Thats not true.. theirs no way to prove that. Also, think about it why wouldnt it have your mf attached to it.. its a skill that you cast, you kill the monster with it.. it uses whatever magic find you have
I still find items even though I use ts, so I would say it does not affect mf.
This is where i get confused ppl say 0 mf or mf counts BAH! I thought it didnt coz its classified as an armor but i guess it really doesnt matter as long as you still find stuff with it use it.
classified as an armor? It is a lightning skill used to kill, energy shield is an armor.
are u shure u mean ts????
as far as i know, it doesnt count! --> 0 mf (but the chance that not ur nova or orb is killing isn't big, i dont think u'r going to skill TS max????, i wouldn't do it.....) the most soso-bots i now, got no TS.... they SHOULD be right? but a long time, everyone thought, that with more tp's in tome, there are mor cows *loooooooooool* |
The mf works its as simple as that stop saying it doesnt work
0 MF btw that's a main question about d2 and not a bot question ...
Jiddar i would like you to show me how you can prove that its 0 MF
I think that it does count the MF for the kill..Just because you u dont use the wepon or whatever item you have mf on doesnt mean that it wont count mf for it. Think about it..you dont use your armor for anything else but protection.....but some armors give you MF. If you only got the mf for killing a creature with that weapon.....what would be the point in having armor with MF on it?
ts kills counts ur mf, a merc getting the last hit is a bug that stacks ur mf + his mf is just a bug, the game server doesnt care how u killed it like using poisen it only wants to know who killed it and how much mf that person had, simple as that

TS does not count for MF, its in the MPQ's dumbies.
how can you read the mpqs?
call me crazy but when i kill cows with ts i find uniqes so TS does count mf i think
it does count
it doesn't count and btw its all luck you can also find good uniques without mf.
yes so stop talking in here... ts mf counts and thats final!
I agree with RAZ i think it counts it.
TS does not count for MF. The only reason you guys want to believe it does is because your sorcs probably cant kill anything without TS helping out, so you want to think that in the year and a half you've been killing meph with TS was not a complete waste of your lives.
wrong, my orb does 500 dmg and my nova does 1600
I said TS doesn't count >.> but i didn't have real proof... but i guess mantra knows his stuff
0 MF it is, finally i can sleep ^^
LMAO...........

This debate has been raging for years on many different forums. I have found a Nats claw with a TS kill so I will say: IT REALLY DOESNT MATTER.
it doesnt matter TS works with magic find in someway i find good items when i kill with TS so it doesnt matter
it does count, thats final
it does NOT count
it DOES COUNT! SQUARED TIMES INFINITE
You can't multiple a definite number by an infinite number silly.
i didnt, i was refering to it as squared meaning it was boxed in so you could not argue it anymore...
:fire:Okay, from what I have heard and seen with my mf sorc is that when your merc kills the monster, the mf count is a combined effort of what you and your merc have. Ex:
Sorc: 204 + Merc: 50 = Combined: 254mf! So if that is true then why can't TS be the same way? I think no matter if it is armor magic or not, it still gets the kill and the same mf is accounted for cause after all, IT IS STILL YOUR KILL! |
right you are, they just dont want it to count cuzz they dont mf anymore and they are trying to thwart are fun
stop debating about this... forget it believe what you want in my opinion it works
of course it works lol you just debated
haha i know but im sick of seeing it constantly going back and forth
