- Web Hosting -

Ok, I want to know if you have webhosting...

Please answer like this

1.) Price
2.) Space and bandwith
3.) Host Name

---------------------------------------------------

I want to see if anyone is getting ripped off. Or maybe found a good deal.

--------------------------------------------------

Ok,

Since I am talking about hosting. I would like to menstion, "Iownjoo". In my opinion they suck.

Reasons:

1.) Have you looked arround? Peoples sigs say, "Iownjoo Free image hosting"..... OK! That is retarded. Considering the amount of free webhosts who do not advertize like that.

2.) Deleted images. WTF! I used Iownjoo before... I come back boom all m images are gone. And replaced with the stupid advertizing banner.

-------------------------------------------------

Well anyway. Answer my webhosting question. And if you do not have webhosting, SAY SO!. Or if you use free web hosting.... say so also!

Thanks
-Matt

iownjoo works fine for me, except I can't snoop in the main directory anymore, because I think someone tipped penguin off that I was doing it.

Acer 2003-08-01 01:14 PM

Do you want to use it for a webpage? Or just images?

Eddie_Perez 2003-08-02 04:52 AM

Exthost.net seems like a good price, I wonder what the bandwidth is. Its linux too, good but not good.

There are a ton of bad things too. Like you never see vBulliten or Invision on a windows server.

Exthost offers Fantastico. Which lets you 1 click install, Invision Board, phpBB, php-Nuke, E-Xoops, Post-Nuke, and like 10 other poulare scripts.

That and their price down time and support is why I am with them..
