Well, here we are again. Another mass banning. I've lost everything and i no longer play d2. Check your accounts. I hope no one else gets it as bad as me.

We have also identified those accounts with which a "map-hack" program is being used. Map-hack programs give players who use them unfair advantages over other players. As with any third-party program, using them to affect play over Battle.net violates our End User License Agreement. Accounts that continue to be used with a map-hack program are subject to closure, and the CD keys with which those accounts are being used could be disabled. Oh help. One of my main accounts got banned, and I hasn't touched it since...hmm, even before the last mass banning.

I lost 2 accounts in a span of 5 minutes wtf????

heh my accnts are safe for now i hope.

I was on xfering and all of a sudden i was at the login screen!

then i can't access account, then i get on another and get off and its gone.


blizz is gona piss so many ppl off. I ain't quitting. i have back ups that were made incase this happened.


but i do want to know why it has happened once again??

if you been botting tho, i suggest u remove stuff from those account while u still can. my friend said he just lost another account. they are still banning as we speak.

how can they know which acc where using maphack
i thought maphack was clientside only

or they just trying to scare every1 again while its still safe to use maphack?

my guess is they want to scare us, because they r banning and have the chance to say that they can see if u have map hack.

they can't see it. i'm almost possitve. they r trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

I find it so very interesting that blizzard never does a thing to "hackers" they bann botters and map hackers. WOOOO, big fucking deal. I used maphack, my main accounts are gone. Im still making 400 bucks a month off d2 items(ebay). Blizzard is banning the wrong people because thats the only people they can ban.

did u just recieve that or was that from a previous banning?

hey have u logged on and made a game recently.

there is no more waiting in line to create. I am sure they freed up the server on this one. d2jsp has said they are after botters because it will free up server time, thus reducing money blizzard puts into hosting thier server

I am totaly with you on that one man. they cannot catch the hackers, so they bust up the botters. what losers. they really should focus on the real important stuff, like trying to develop way to make the actual gamming experiance better. not banning ppl for running a bot that allows them to play while not at the computer.

lol next blizzard will be selling all our accounts on ebay back to us. hahahaha.

i bet they are sum of the ppl that set up sites to sell us items.

make a little money here and there. and heck they save some money by freeing up bandwith on the servers by getting rid of botter accounts.

I just got a Lost Connection to Battle.net. I thought I had got banned, but I didn't... 'scared the shit out of me, too.

Ah damn, lost my account. Bah, another one down the drain, don't feel like starting a new one.

I made a new sorc after the 1st deleting when i lost my account, she uses the worst eq i could find & has crap charms i got 440% mf on her. i dont care how many times blizz deletes me i have endless supplies of crap eq & plenty of time to spend 2 hrs making a lvl 70

Errr.... & my bot is still running as i post this ^^ just proves they can't get every one

Dont understand this, why would blizz ban a acc whit 1 dead guy and 1 lvl4 char? Never even used mh on that acc

Ugh, I'm in lab right now cramming for a final, and I just read this. I wonder if they are still banning people this moment, because I was still botting when I left my place about 10 minutes ago. :(

Why do you people feel that they should stop worrying about the botters/maphackers?

I agree that maphack doesn't affect the overall gameplay, but in PvP people abuse it.

Botting on the other hand is just completely stupid. It hurts the economy just as bad as the hackers do.

Not to mention that it's pointless. You payed money for a computer to play the game for you...

Well I use my D2 account for Starcraft too, due to the illegal character(!King_Amazon!)

my dueling acc has been pass changed & i havent ever used any hack other than maphack with that account

just find its odd that my bot is still running ...

Here go again, the botter going complain say they are not hacking, and Map "hack" is not a hack, blah blah blah. You know sure from begening, you have the risk for it, so take it like a man, and stop whining.
