I suggest using JALAS for casting your Wearwolf, then Vamp for duels. get lvl32 WareWolf, and you shall rape.

You will only need the IAS on the weapon ONLY.

JiDDaR, maybe you should tell us what your weapon is, so we would know what suit you best~ ^_^

don't know if you need the FHR or not, so take a look at this:
Druid FHR BP:
Base = 7 frames
18% = 6 frames
48% = 5 frames
125% = 4 frames

Maintain at least 48% Fhr~ or you will suffer due to slow blocking and slow hit recovery >_<

And...Shael'ing the SS would make the block rate faster by 1 frame....

That resource is inaccurate for shifted Druid, be it wolf or bear ^_^

If so, you can reach 4 fpa fury with shael shael ed/ias.

since it's a 0 base speed weapon you need 95% Ias~

Shael Shael ED/IAS is a must for 4fpa fury, when socketing a CMSoQ. With a ETH runes it won't help much...Most druids have 15k+ AR and will have a 85%+ chance of hitting the opponent anyway~
Eth will make the weapon speed drops to 4fpa...

Cruel Cryptic Sword of Quickness with 3 sockets.
-10 base speed.
3x 40/15IAS jewels. 420% ED, 85% IAS.
Range: 2,
~31 - 405 damage. 218 Average

Cruel Conquest Sword of Quickness with 3 sockets
0 base speed.
Shael, Shael, 40/15IAS jewel. 340% ED, 95% IAS
Range: 1
167 - 237 damage. 202 Average.

Superior Berserker Axe (15% ED) with 6 sockets~
Shael, 5x 40/15ias jewels, 215% ED, 95% IAS
Range: 3
78 – 222 damage. 159 Average.
(The only range 3 legit 4fpa fury weapon~ ^_^)

Cruel Phase Blade of Quickness with 2 sockets
-30 base speed.
2x 40/15IAS jewels. 380% ED, 70% IAS.
Range: 2
153 - 172 damage. 162.5 Average.

Cruel Fanged Knife of Quickness with 2 sockets
Shael, 40/15IAS jewel. 340% ED, 75% IAS
Range: 1
70 - 255 damage. 162.5 average.

Knifes have a 50/50 str/dex (or 75/75?) dmg bonus btw.

what i should sock in there? Lo rune? 2*40/15 ias? or Eth rune?

Not sure if you want that for a druid...
Since you will have a hard time getting a swing.
This weapon can only go at...8/5/5/5/5? or 9/5/5/5/5 fury,
while all pallies hit at 8/4/4/4/4 now a day.

For a PvP Werewolf...
Max DR
Max Chance to block
No energy (Unless you are elemental druid..which I doubt~)
Enough Str to use the gear. (Probably 09 SS, so 156 str.)
At lvl 99 you will need 237 dex to max block for druid.

Total Blocking = (Blocking * (Dexterity - 15)) / (Character Level * 2)
Blocking = A total of the Blocking on all of your items.

Rest stats in Vita.
1 point in vita gives 2 Life, 1 Stamina.

Each level up you get:
1.5 Life, 1 Stamina, and 2 Mana.

Wolves need 4fpa (at least 5fpa..) Fury,
High dmg,
High life,
High life leech,
High deadly strike,
18% FHR for 4fr
48% FHR for 5fr
125% for 6.

Personally I use Oak sage. But it is just personally preference.
Oak gives more life while HoW gives you the killing power/AR.
Using HoW = more hits, more Dmg = more life leech.
Also increase the AR for your spirit wolves if you use them for block-locking your opponent.

Personally I would use the following gear:
Any 4fpa range 2 weapon.
Cham 08 Gaze. 25% DR. 8% dual leech
40/15max 09 SS. 35% DR
160/60max light class armor of Whale
Perfect String. 8/15/15 8% ll, 15% DR
Blood gloves with 6% ll, dual stat resist.
2x 11% ll, +stats/life, resist ring.
08 Gore (the max dmg is nice on War Trav tho ^_^) 15% DS, 30% frw.
08 highlord +1 skill, 20% DS, 30% Frw

That setup gives:
44% Life leech.
75% DR.
35% DS
60% Frw from items.

senesia, even elementals don't put points in energy, they don't need as big of a pool because the spam skills don't require alot of mana, and the rest have timers

the str/dex is 50/50 i believe.

your fhr is going opposite, but you only really need 18% fhr

shaeling a stormshield makes no pvp difference, other than making you feel like your blocking faster : ) mentality can mean alot though i suppose...

if you play a wolf you do Not need cannot be frozen ..so take out the cham and put ed/max in that..

and -NO- ias calculators are accurate for werewolf/bear form druids.

08 highlords is still ds based on cLvl : )?
so more like 45%+ deadly if you level high enough to use ll rings

and, ed/max/light armor isn't worth its cost for mainly melee duels..

for dueling paladins a better weapon than more 4fpa 2 range weapons is

5 ed/ias shael normal/superior bezerker axe, 162 average damage 3 range : ) gives you a bit of distance over the competition

Cannot be frozen is not needed if you are doing 4fpa fury and only doing Melee duels.
For ffa or slower fpa I believe the fury will slow down. (Same for the light armor~ worth it when doing non-melee)

The DS is the same as 09, oops. *thinks* .375 per level..11% ll ring...87%? level req. 32.6 DS.

Do some shift fury with the berserker...hehe I love range 3. ^_^

i basically "accidentally" put 20 points into energy on my sorc v sorc and got made fun of by some soulspur sorc who said she had 460 vitality and "i was owned", and 10 seconds later missed a teleport and died.. tsk tsk silly watch where you teleport :~)

yes shift fury can be a beautiful thing.

My fury speed would slow down when chilled, back when I was using a Shael E-star. (5 Fpa fury) and it didn't slow down when I use my friend's CCSoQ (4 fpa fury)... ><''

tacox u u are a fuckin idiot, druid only get ias from there weapon so a 160/60 ias would not ad any ias. you should use 160/60 max or a 120 max dmg armor ( 4x +30 max dmg jewels ). a superior 6 socet phase blade with 3x 40/15 ias and 3 shael works nice. or griz cady 3x 40/15 ias. also druid do not need canot be frozen mod becasue it does not afect there atack speed while in shapeshift form. alowing u to use anotehr life leach ring.
