some parts of the island are 3.49
others are 3.79. fuck thisss. My friend just came up from New Jersey, she said gas was 2.50 there. |
I call bullshit. How is it $1.17 more here than in NJ?
I think your friend was mistaken, lol.
Nothing strange with that at all.
https://www.cs.tcd.ie/Kenneth.Dawson...ts/Garage2.JPG Old picture from I don't know when (Unleaded is now 107.9, and Diesel is about 116.9), but you get the idea. Personally I think it strange that petrol is sold in gallons in America. Are the cars not marketed as having tanks that hold so many litres, etc? |
3.59 here damn i wish i had motorcycle
3.69 for unleaded
In two, three days, it's gone up a penny to 108.9p ($8.07). :(
$3.49. Damn crude oil prices...

For example on new cars these stickers are places in the window: http://img.quamut.com/chart/861/BAHC06_prius_MPG.jpg Even though that picture isn't practical (that's a hybrid) most of our cars get in the 15-25 city range and 20-35 highway range. Anyways, our prices are hovering a bit higher around 3.73 now. ( F$%(U*$C%K ) |
Yup. Whats the mpg like on those old VW vans. I might convert one to a truck for work. Were at 3.45+
Well i'm pretty sure almost all of them are diesel, so relatively okay probably around the 25/30 range. I'd have to see the exact one your talking about.
109.9p per litre. I'll let someone else work out the conversion, though I'm guessing it will be about $8.10 ish.
Went up to $3.75 yesterday - the highest I've ever seen it in my area.
fuck this. |
Steady at $3.45.
$3.85 now...
$3.54, guess it's supposed to go up 10 cents by next week too.
Supposed to be over $4.00 in my area next week. Gas prices are causing me to become a bum. I don't think I've driven anywhere except to work and back in the past week.
I've actually put my keys down last weekend, as much as it kills me not to drive my poor baby I had to actually ride with my girlfriend around town while we ran arrons, instead of me taking the wheel. What a sad day, gas prices are really ruining my leisure activities.
3.73 here still. |
*errands*
lol he said arrons.
So $3.85 is the highest out of anyone right now? (except Lenny - STFU Brit). Why Indiana? IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. |
Still 109.9p. Looks like it might hold at that for a month or so.
$3.59.
Ready for this??
$4.49 per gallon for diesel now. OMFG! |
$3.95 for unleaded... and it keeps rising.....
I really don't know wtf to do. |
$3.69
I don't get it.. I live like 2 states away from you. Why is it so much higher here all the time? WHAT THE DEUCE

3.95 what the fuck.
$3.71.
It's about $4.00 here and climbing, but I live in a heavily populated part of the state so every day it grows about five pennies more.
Like...$3.74 here.
What the fuck... $3.97 for unleaded... 3 more cents and we've hit 4 dollars >:O
Still $3.95 here....
dude... DUDE. fuck this. |
Hit 112.9p per litre recently, which is $8.48 per gallon.
The News said that prices had hit 114.9p on average ($8.60 per gallon), and in the next six weeks are expected to rocket as the price of a barrel of crude oil has gone up to $135 - a year ago it was $65, and in November it was $100. |
$3.89. It jumped 20 cents in one week.

I got this off of the msn page when you log out of hotmail... It actually kinda puts it into perspective... Have a read and maybe we can discuss it in the news forum or something, but decided to post here as its relating to gas prices. EDIT: Just something funny that I would like to point out. They compare our prices to Lenny's like we do... Quote:
