Trying to get my tolerance down. And trying to smoke only on the weekends. I think I can make it until Friday just fine. I'm just not sure if I can do it every week.

Well I stopped wake-n-baking a couple weeks ago, and that helped for a bit. But smoking once after work turned into smoking twice after work turned into smoking however many times I needed to smoke after work to stay high. I think I'm better off just leaving it to the weekends if I can. I'm neglecting things I need to be doing during the week.
