That reminds me of this one hentai I have. Frantic Frustrated and Female. In one of the episodes, two sisters start fuckign around. The subtitles throughout the whole episode felt the need to remind everyone that "EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE CALLING EACH OTHER ONE-CHAN, THIS IS JUST A SIGN OF LOVE AND THEY ARE NOT REALLY RELATED.... REALLY"

The horrors of animated pornography never cease to amaze me

Yea, the story-lines suck and in many cases the protagonist loses.

Finally getting caught up with Fables. Fortunately I did finish the war before falling off. So, it's only since April.

Also, I watched Green Lantern: First Flight recently. It was actually pretty good. Of course, Ch'p being involved would have made nearly anything acceptable. Kanjar Ro being voiced by Kurtwood Smith, Michael Madsen doing Kilowog, and Meloni doing Hal Jordan, are all also nice.

Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo kept me occupied about a year ago, and I watched Outlaw Star (horrible English dub) last Summer.

Recently, I've gone through Fullmetal Alchemist (and the film) and Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Currently watching Trigun.

And waiting for me to watch them are: Claymore, Ghost in the Shell, Bleach and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

Skurai 2010-04-03 09:00 PM

I always end up getting distracted half-way in, or end up having a scheduel change, and don't have the time for it. I was watching Trigun, but started having to get up earlier for work, and it got bumped out. Then, I started Kamen Rider Decade, but I just ended up playing games. I'm still trying to find time to start that show, again...

Skurai Approved:
Code Geass (both seasons) (anime)
Neon Genesis Mindrapegelion (Anime)
Heaven Shattering Crimson Face (better known as Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (anime)

WetWired 2010-04-05 08:06 AM

I should warn you that Claymore departs from the manga storyline halfway through and correspondingly starts sucking.

Oh yeah! My friend told me about that! It's supposed to get "wtf" bad, right? I guess I'll have to get used to doing Manga again, 'cuz I've been wanting to do Claymore...

Sovereign 2010-04-06 11:26 PM

You have bad taste in anime sir.

Skurai 2010-04-07 07:53 PM

How so? I just watch what I hear about, or accidently come by.
Check out Ergo Proxy, if you want. Mdselctr liked it.

Lenny 2010-05-28 05:51 AM

Finished Trigun a couple of weeks back (not bad. It picked up towards the end) and I also watched Claymore, which I really enjoyed.

A housemate has downloaded the Bleach episodes we're missing (so I've got it all now, even the filler...), and I've downloaded what's been released of FMA: Brotherhood so far, both Code Geass series and Texhnolyze is slowly making its way onto my hard drives.

My to-watch list is now: Code Geass, Ruroni Kenshin, Texhnolyze, Ghost in the Shell, Serial Experiments: Lain, Kaiji, FMA: Brotherhood, Bleach and Last Exile.

I want to re-watch Samurai Champloo, too.

Skurai 2010-05-28 04:07 PM

FMA: Brotherhood
I might be mistaken, but is this on Adultswim? I saw an episode a few weeks ago (maybe just last week) that had an unfamiliar story and opening, so I thought it might be fairly new. Otherwise, my bad. I still need to finish FMA, now that I think about it...

Lenny 2010-05-28 04:27 PM

Iuno... I downloaded it. I imagine so.

You definitely need to finish the original series - it's very good (even with a slightly rushed ending).

Skurai 2010-05-28 11:27 PM

So I've heard. It's usually on the top 10 listings, and on the top 100 it was listed at number 1!

FMA Brotherhood is fully based on the manga which is ending at chapter 108 next month as well as the show itself ending in a few episodes.

The original series in comparison to brotherhood isn't even a match. Brotherhood wins hands down.

Gode Geass - Awesome show
Ruroni Kenshin - Awesome Show
Texhnolyze - Never heard of it
Ghost in the Shell - Awesome Show
Serial Experiements: Lain - Awesome Show
Kaiji: Never heard of it
FMA: Brotherhood - Awesome Show
Bleach - Good story turned bullshit Dragon Ball Z-style power leveling show
Last Exile - Haven't watched

You got'cha yourself some pretty good ones.

Here's some suggestions, if you hadn't all ready watched them. I don't mean to scare you off. It's just meant as a little list of shows I've noted as being better than the usual. That you may want to take the time to look into.

Good shows
NameNotes
BerserkManga is still ongoing since 1990
Elfen Lied
SlayersAny of the shows. This show is a must have comedy. They even came back and made 2 more shows in '08/'09.
Big O & Big O 2Just pure win
Eureka SevenWeird ass ending though
Witch Hunter RobinI cried...
Clannad ~After Story~Though you'll NEED to watch Clannad to know the characters. The first season was not that good. This story, though, simply amazed me. I cried...and so did these two other people, I know, who I bothered to watch the entire show over again with.
Hellsing & Hellsing Ultimate
FLCL/Furi Kuri/Fooly CoolyI couldn't leave this off the list.
Outlaw StarWin is win.

Good Movies
NameNotes
5 Centimeters per secondGood fucking movie, I cried for a good reason...
SlayersAny of the movies
Vampire Hunter DBecause D is fucking awesome
Spirited AwayI like this movie quite a bit for some reason. This one may be more of a personal preference.

Unique Shows
NameNotes
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
Paranoia Agent
Eden of the EastShow just kinda ends...and continues in the first movie which just kinda ends...to be continued and supposedly finished in the second movie.
Koi KazeMakes you rethink things a bit.

Fucked Up Shows (I can rate neither as good nor bad)
NameNotes
School DaysHappy boat...
Chrono CrusadeI cried...
Death Note
SaikanoYeah, no, yeah...no...

Cheesy but good (They are good but can/will get cheesy at one point or another)
NameNotes
Tatakau Shisho - The Book of Bantorra
Naruto/Naruto ShippuudenOngoing. The story is getting VERY good. The manga is showing signs of ending within due time.

Fucking Ridiculous (Fan Service Heavy / Just Ridiculous Stories, but funny as hell...usually / 17+ age)
NameNotes
Excel Saga
Dead LeavesDon't watch this one unless you're high (joke, but seriously...)
Kiss X SisWho doesn't love a show about incest? Both the OAV and TV adaptation are hilarious. However, the manga is even better.

---------------------------
Woo, that is quite a list. Anyways, as of right now...

I'm watching Strawberry Panic and Munto TV.
I'm reading Berserk, Naruto, FMA, Kiss X Sis, and K-On!
I've been playing the visual novel Fate/Stay Night.

What else have I been doing with my free time since that sounds like a large list all ready?
*Programming new backend for a website I will not mention.
*Started a fansub group with my brother. (Not a joke)
*Started taking walks everyday for 1-2 hours depending on how I'm feeling.

----------------------------
I think...just maybe...my newish ADD pills are working correctly. I've been quite organized with my time as of late.

Damn that's a lot'ta text. Well, I'm off, zoom-zoom-zoom!

WetWired 2010-06-01 01:18 AM

IIRC, 5cm per second is not a movie, but a mini series. It's been a while, though.

I watched this show perfectly sober, and I made perfect sense of it... (well, other than the thing with the baby)

Well I guess, if you split the 3 parts up. But I couldn't imagine trying to watch the different parts at different times. Which is why I consider it more of a movie rather than a show.

I was making a joke, don't take it seriously...*facepalm*

----------------------------
I finished the Munto TV version and I'm a little unsure how I should rate this one. It's cheesy, I'll admit that, but me's like most of the story of the other world. The normal world...was dull; And I saw character relationship development just crumble as it ended. That was a big fail. Bleh, moving on...

Finished watching K-On!! for this week when aired about 4/5-hours ago. But, hmm, yeah, Shippuuden in a day and a half. Then...Fullmetal Alchemist on mid Sunday...Yup, pretty large intervals between the shows I watch. How perfect.

Well, I'm gonna go back and finish some more stuff for a website. Then I'll be watching more Strawberry Panic, because I love me's a show about woman with woman. :P

Then at some point, I really do need to finish watching Ranma 1/2 and Maison Ikkoku. Those two alone + work, should more than cover me for at least a month or two. Then what after that? I have like 30 other shows prepared and waiting. I never want to hit a state of boredom anymore. It's just so~...boring. Well, I'm off again!...Until tomorrow that is.

Lenny 2010-06-20 06:50 PM

Started and finished the first series of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion today - I rather enjoyed it! Not quite my favourite series, but it's definitely up there at the top.

I've also watched the first episode of Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, simply because I couldn't simply wait to see how it continued. Needless to say, I'm intrigued as to how this series is going to pan out.

At the same time, I'm waiting for Ep. 62 of FMA: Brotherhood.

Skurai 2010-06-20 08:02 PM

Geass is a masterpiece Lenny. I'm gonna +rep you just for watching it.

Currently watching Yu-gi-oh GX. Lmao!
Gonna watch 5D's when I'm done with that. I have to admit, GX is actually pretty nice. Silly and unreal on the idea of a school for playing a card game... but in the end, it just might be needed. That game can get crazy if you're dueling a pro. O_o

Sovereign 2010-06-27 02:26 AM

Most recently I watched Afro Samurai on blu ray, Brighter than the Dawning Blue, Inuyasha season 4, Oh! My Goddess OVA's, Love Hina, and Advertures of A Mini Goddess.

After I finish this season of inuyasha I'm probably gonna either polish off season 5 of bleach, Toradora (which came in today!), or soul eater.

Kanokon disk 2 and Queen's blade disk 2 shouldnt be too far off from shipping either.. I think.. I cant remember.

Also been watching a lot of Hatsune Miku videos lately. I've really gotten into vocaloid music lately.

Lenny 2010-06-28 11:13 AM

Finished the second series of Code Geass a couple of days ago, and I've just watched the penultimate of FMA: Brotherhood.

Stuck for what to watch next. I've got quite a lot on my hard drive, and even more downloading.
