Google searches for bad things = popups. I have spent my time doing more useful things lately, but some of my IRL friends tend to complain a lot... :)

I just use Pop-Up Stopper from www.panicware.com. The free version is great..

I use Opera as my main browser. Has this handy little pop up menu for such things.
