BASIC.PHP v0.4.0 is finally ready! I hope there aren't too many bugs in it.

NOTE: I don't think I've written anything on BASIC.PHP here on Zel. BASIC.PHP's name is a parody of MS .NET names for things like VB.NET and C++.NET. BASIC.PHP is a language I created so that people who have used BASIC could program in a BASIC-esque manor and not have to learn php right away to help in a project of mine.
