6'1" 170 lbs. I've sort of beefed up this summer, due to home cooking, exercising, and weightlifting. |
5'5" and 200lb. When I first started visiting here I was 220. I've lost 20lbs since Feb of this year all because I gave up Mt. Dew. o_O

5'10" 169lbs, when I started in 2002 I was 5'01" 130lbs.

Still 5'9" and up to about 194 lbs.
More of that weight is muscle mass than the last time I posted in this thread. Started jogging today, too. That was rough. |

Lazy? Working out is fun. Here is my diet. Keep in mind I drink a lot.
Eat a plate of pasta with a 12 oz. steak and spinach for breakfast drink a half a gallon of orange juice. Then for lunch I eat two 1 lb. burritos/fajitas/enchilads (homemade) a whole medium pizza (ham and homemade) and drink a half a gallon of green tea. For dinner I finish it off with Hamhocks cooked in a pot with collard greens. A big pot. I cook enough each time to last me for the next couple of days. I work out every day too. My legs are like tree trunks. Not those damn chicken legs most people have these days. Weak chicken legged bastards... |

hahaha true. half the morons at my gym have massive upper bodies but they have legs like twigs and its annoying to see people so moronic. my legs are slowly getting there since i have trouble hitting my calves properly.
i try not to eat beef unless i necessarily have to. i eat alot of kangaroo steak which has about 30-40 grams of protein and almost no fat to every 150 gram serve. + it tastes sick. |
