the way mf works is say u have a .000001 chanche that u will find a wf from pindle ok and u have 400% better chance all the mf does is multiply 4.0 times .000001 so now u have a .000004 better chance of getting that wf so 430 mf would be 4.3 times .000001 ?get it? so the formula is {base chance of getting that item}multiplyed by{amount of mf}={new chance of getting item}

maybe u people should do mephisto runs instead , i did 100 mephisto runs without bot with around 500 mf and found valor, 5 shafts , eagle and schaefers

although the first time i ever did a pindle run with 300% mf witha lvl 92 sorc ( first time ever with any char ) i found a wf but after 500 more runs nothing

well my zon still uses it i never sold it

well my mf zon had like 250% mf and my meph runs i did manually got better items than my pindle sorc

its mainly luck but mf increases that % as already stated in this thread

well if u think about it, then if you have more mf, yes, ur chance to find a unique item will increase, but ur chance to find a better magic item will increase 10fold as you get more mf, the chance to find a magic item will increase quickly, the chance to find a rare/set will increase slower and finding a unique item will grow slowest as you get more mf... =)
