That's the type of shape I had to be in as a goalie...obviously this calls for a sports photo (2yrs old mind you, last time I played hockey). No action shot though...my flexibility went out the window once I hit University lol.

idk it's just hot, my girlfriend used to be in cheerleading as well as gymnastics but I guess her limbs are starting to tighten up as she's not as flexible anymore, hahaha.
