I've never heard of jumping the shark either till just now. It really doesnt relate to Happy Days specifcally...

I liked it but I thought it got low ratings or somthing.

Only American 80's cafe I can remember was the one in which Frasier first appeared in, before getting his own sitcom. I cant remember the name damnit. As far as brittish tv goes, I think Man about the house had a cafe where they'd all hang out regularly.

I used to watch tv, alot. I was like a walking tv guide. My friends would be like, hey what's on tonight? Whats it about? I could tell them everything in detail. Same goes for movies.

In one episode of happy days, Fonzie gets on jetski's with his leather jacket on and jumps over a shark that swims in the water...
