I usually do as well, but only when I'm not replying to the last post of the thread. When you're replying to the last post of the thread, everyone knows exactly who you're responding to and they don't need a refresher since they likely just read the post you're responding to.

And you need to learn a vital lesson from character building. Strap as many to your person as possible, and run around. If you do it during a thunderstorm on a busy road, then you can kill three lessons with one stone!
