Yes but cats take care of themselves. You don't have to walk them, they clean themselves, and they use a litter box. Only thing you need is to give them food and water, and clean their litter box occationally.

when they do that just kick the cat it'll be sure to stop. j/k! but cats are better than dogs if you have a cool one. and its not like a dog doesnt wreck shit, the one we have here has wrecked countless pairs of socks, and it eats the fuckin garbage all the time and knocks shit over.
