That's a distinct possibility, but I still think I'm onto something here.

I've been having nightmares about Wal-Marts actually being motherships to an alien race. Mexicans!

Yeah, it's great, isn't it?

Someone got hurt, badly. People were sued, good guys lose. MAN!

Everything the news wants to cover and more. If only we had clips of the poor woman being hit by the semi. We could make some shit up just to run the clips over and over sending out a message of bloodlust to children so they can grow and do the same for their children.

God, I love our society.

Yeah, that's what happening to Kmart. But too many people shop at Wal-Mart for it to be thrown away, unless all the of the chain were blown up!:D

When I posted, I was thinking of that exact episode. I like how everyone was brainwashed to shop at Wal Mart and then ended up working there.

This case has been resolved in benefit of the defendant. Wal-mart has worked on or has already adjusted its corporate policies. This situation is pretty common though, as far as who all it can happen to. It's written into a lot of contracts for coverage. I know the news commentators that were talking about it said that their own contracts were very similar.
