What does it say when your websites are blocked?

It's just a white page with black text, no logo or anything like that. Says "X IP has been blocked for Y, if you feel this website should not be blocked please contact your IT department" or something to that effect.

Sounds like you better contact your IT department.

It doesn't have a icon in your task bar? One of my old jobs used that program to watch everyones desktop. Forget the name.

Vision client? That's what they use here.
