i am NOT pleased with the new series.. at first i thought it was gonna be great but they beat kakashi by telling him spoilers of the book?? thats the kind of thing they do in fillers... and naruto doesn't have ANY new moves it seems like and the only thing sakura has new is super strength

Well, noone expected them to beat him in the first place. The test was how they did against him. This way, they can beat him, and he still be a better ninja than them.

Yeah I'd be kinda disappointed if they made them out to be better ninjas than Kakashi. Kakashi is the shit.

I haven't watched the new ones yet though, mostly because I don't know where I left of in the filler and I can't force myself to skip ~70 episodes, regardless of if they are filler or not. Most likely I'll just redownload and start from like 100 again sometime.

They're taking their sweet time on revealing any new moves Naruto has. He seems pretty shitty at the moment. Gaara seems to have progressed though. I'm ready to see Neji and Rock Lee in action again.

Naruto did not learn any new moves he learned how to better control his chakra. That is why during the Kakashi fight he is the only one who isnt breathing hard and hes not all dirty from the fighting. He also learned to use his Shadow Clones to fight and rarely appears to the fight himself. Sakura 3was also learning the same things except she learned how to control her chakra so she can smash shit like Tsunade, and learned to heal. How easily you forget that Sasuke was the technique whore of the show...

I said the above about Sasuke because he knows like 6 techniques BEFORE leaving with Orochimaru and he only learns more techniques when they show him again.

I'm hearing rumors of Naruto being aired only biweekly. Anyone know if this is true? This is an interesting strategy to make sure the atrocity that was the fillers never happens again if so.

It's doing the same thing One Piece is doing. It skips every once in a while.

I mean honestly, why does it take so long to create the manga? I know they have to write the story and such but I know people who make better stories through a long night of drug induced ranting =P.
