Well, theres no set thing, people handle/get over things differently, if at all. Your what, 19? 20? You got your entire life ahead of you. Basiclly, your gonna get fucked over a million and a half times now, til you find the right one in the end. Then you'll see that (hopefully) it was worth it.

Yeah, I'm 24 and had 2 devastating relationship blows that I incurred and got over. I've also handed out that blow to at least 3 other girls, and I'm now in a very kickass relationship. Who knows what will transpire with it though? I'm just playing it by ear right now.

yea but for every terrible day, there must be a great day. As for me, my entire summer blows, so that means that i have a 1 out of 3 chances that the next month i have will be better then this summer
