what im trying to say is it wouldn't have any viable effect. or at least i think so, it's just filled with frutose, so it would be like smoking sugar. but on second thought he could do it, but i don't know how good the smoking would be.

Well sugar is really nice. And if you have to much it gets you hyper. So smoking it could have amazing effects. You know when you heat it it caramelises, so what happens when you make it smoulder? Think of the fumes!

:D

I remember the first time I drove with your parents. Oh, those were the days!

Happy birthday.

dude eating something and smoking something are two different things. just because when you eat it it gives you a high or whatever, doesn't necessarily mean that when you smoke it it will also give you a high. dude, take chemistry 101 again. burning it can change the chemical makeup. take cooking for example. im sure you've tasted raw bread dough right? and im also sure you've tasted baked bread(duh!). they taste a little different and they look different, right? so if heat can change the chemical makeup, fire can to a lot more. most of the time the chemicals most of the time don't remain intact, they either burn up, or change into something else.

Ya. Cooking shrooms almost completely destroys they're effectiveness. It's best to eat them raw.

You can also smoke shrooms..

platnum 2006-03-03 06:23 AM

I dont think smoking shrooms would do anything.

Sovereign 2006-03-03 10:11 AM

Idk. I heard of some peopel sprinkling shroom dust on their bud before smoking.

Lenny 2006-03-03 01:01 PM

Chemistry 101? I've probably still to take that. :)

Whatever the effect, it'll smell amazing!

I don't know from personal experience, but from what I heard from my friend, who swears straight up and down, that she and 3 other people smoked two joints of shrooms and got messed up.

sciencekid 2006-03-03 03:19 PM

have you ever burned carmel while making it? that's what it's going to smell like. trust me it smells bad.

Lenny 2006-03-03 03:33 PM

Well...no.

Though I once helped a neighbour light his barbecue with suagr. The whole thing was full of solid caramel by the end. :)

Sovereign 2006-03-03 07:16 PM

When you throw sugar into a fire it makes pretty colors.

Willkillforfood 2006-03-03 09:47 PM

Put large rocks in a bon fire and wait a few hours. Oh yea ...don't be near the fire.

Sovereign 2006-03-03 09:54 PM

Pfft. Heat treat the rocks first.

Willkillforfood 2006-03-03 09:55 PM

The rocks go "BOOOOM" and shrapnel flies everywhere.

Lenny 2006-03-04 05:33 AM

HAHA! The fun! :D

The only reason we used sugar was because we were having a nice chat about Chemistry...and we were camped near a farmer. And the great thing about this farmer, was that he had a big bag of Sodium Chlorate. A few of you probably know where this could've gone...

For those who don't...50% Sugar. 50% Sodium Chlorate. Compacted into a tube. Really really really tightly compacted. As tight as possible. Get a fuse. Light it. Run away like your...run away BECAUSE your life might depend on it.

Great incendiary, Sugar and Sodium Chlorate. :)

Et voila! Homemade firework to celebrate MJ's birthday. Just add different chemicals for different colours.

Dar_Win 2006-03-04 10:30 AM

Happy Birthday, bud.

Hope you had a good one.
