But without leo, there would be no leadership, therefore, the rest would be fighting and don would be useless.

I belive that Don is level-headed enough to pick up the leadership position in his place. His only weakness is his lack of physical strength, IMHO.

I haven't seen the Turtles or Power Rangers in donkey's years. I can remember watching both of the original films, yet I never actually go tto see the ends of either of them.
