I doubt level has anything to do with it, and i can honestly say (from expirence) that MF doesnt have alot to do with it either. Not trying to brag, but i found a PERFECT grandfather off a guy (NORMAL GUY) in ancients way with a level 77 sorce that used firewall and TS. Guess how much MF she had? roughly around 70-80.
