For alliance 35-37 should be done in Alterac killing Ogres.

37-40 should be done on one of the merloc islands in Duskwallow Marsh. Before you hit up SM be sure to head over to deslolace and start the chain to get your one and only alliance SM quest.

If you're a mage, AOE grinding ftw.

Bullshit, in my 20s I was getting a level in about 1-1 1/2 hours.

Maybe rested, and in the IDEAL location.

Also, at that level, grinding is faster, I was talking more along the lines of the thread topic... 30+.

At that point, questing easily takes over.

I wasn't rested, but I did grind at pretty nice locations. Right now I'm 37 grinding rock elementals in badlands, they are simply amazing, they drop so much vendor trash and it adds up so fast, plus they drop elemental earth and deeprock salt and lots of greens and they have a fair chance of dropping blues, especially the regular Rock Elementals.

I'm also 39 grinding rock elementals in badlands. I'm never going to get enough cash to get my mount though. As of now, I have like 20 gold. I dumped way too much into my tailoring at lower levels. I have tailoring 220 though which I don't think is too shabby.

I found the plans for the mithril spur thing that goes into your shield. It's blue. Any idea how much it's worth. There wasn't any on the AH when i checked it earlier.

Those rock elementals are amazing, I could easily make 10g an hour AT LEAST just from the elemental earth dropping.

It was the ones that go on your shields... Mithril Spikes maybe? I don't even remember.

Yeah, they are definitely blizzards gift to grinders. I went from like 5g to 30g just grinding level 38 to 39.
