They aren't, he is selling those to me on the side. Everything checks out with them, too, they fit nicely and are in good condition.

They are 100$ for the set, and yes they have low profile tires on them as well, though a bit worn, so I will wait until after the wet season to put them on, just to be sure. Because the regular tires have great tread, and are actually brand new.
