User notes are something sup mods plus can only see i think. Basically, a sup mod + can post literally a little note on a users name that says that "Mjordan was warned for flaming outside the ff on this date" and whatnot. Its just a way for staff to see what a person has been doing.

HE WAS FUCKING PERM BANNED? :( I wouldn't mind a temp ban, cus he did make me laugh a lot. And that means a lot to me, especially when i get depressed. He made my depressed days funnier.

I agree with titus, I never minded him too much. He was actually ok. His little antics never got to me and he was generally an ok person. I would also say it's an "acquired flavor". Would rather have him here than not here.
