Of course, finding "good" items is based on luck. It may be trying to drop sets or uniques that don't exist... To truly tell, you really need to look in-depth at the items dropped.

Just for those unaware, if the game attempts to drop a unique that does not exist, it will drop a rare of that item type with 3x the normal amount of Durability.
If it tries to drop a set item that does not exist, it will instead drop a magical item of that type with 2x the normal amount of Durability.

Mainly, finding good items is a bit based on character level, a bit on Magic Find %, and a LOT on luck...

Considering the number of - to requirements jewels I have and the amount of time I spent finding the item, yes, I would.

I use to run bot that did the same speed run for 1.10 with IstIst Ali baba, and 4 Ist Monarch, I found more rares than anything, I had around 750% mf, Now i'm doing about 503, using a Moser's upgraded to Luna giving me p Res with a Ist'd Occy, And I have found 3 Tal Armors on ladder In one day. Now you can decide , I use to think more mf the better, but I changed my thinking on that.

There has been a major bonus to MF since the update. I read somewhere (there's a link to a MF website on one of these threads...) that 200 mf in 1.10 is equal theoretically to like... 600 mf in 1.09.
