Well, you can see if they are duped or not simply by looking at the ED%. For it to be the exact %, and 2 socket would be...really rare.

i have never tested it but i imagine that it would have to lose ethreal quality because if not you would see a ton more ethreal godly pally weapons.

The whole "con ring was enabled" is just a rumor. It never did happen, it was some people trying to fool others by saying the con rings are "legit".

What's a decent conc breakpoint I should aim for? Was it 70% ias or 80% ias? Also, does your armor type affect attack speed? I seem to throw faster with my Archon Plate than with my Balrog Skin...

Well, with a CB, you can reach 11fpa with 60% IAS, 90% for 10 fpa, and 150% for 9 fpa.

Armor type only affects run/walk speed, if I remember correctly.

Well You probably want different weapons for ww and conc except maybe a zerker of q. wich has 3 range and 0 base speed which would make 125ias for 9fpa and u would hit the ww bp.
