Personally when i heard arnie was running for congress i didn't think "man congress has sunk so low" i thought "man arnie has sunk so low"

I think the real point being shown here is that this is what the USA has come to uphold as a free country. If you really want to, you can run for political office. If you don't want to, you can be a body builder, or a pizza guy, or some hobo in alabama, or a turtle... or a peice of cheese.
