if you can get 950+ mana (assuming you are a good level 85+, and have life/mana sc's shouldn't be too hard)

cold skill/35+ is about 2-3 rune a peice, which roughly translates to 4-5 3/20/20s

now as for block and dex, what should i do? if i dont want dex then ill get 7fhr -15% req jewel. if i do then ill get something else for the wiz. lmk.

one problem im having, is that orb is a very bad cow killer, unless i got a zon near me. any suggestions? itll be really hard to lvl her past 95 or 96. shes at 88 as of now.

a dex/life/res/fhr-req jewel is optimal socket for the wizspike
(wizards spike with -15% req only requires 60 dexterity)

yes orb isn't "cow ownage" try using some +lightning/skills and use static field to get them to about 40% life and use 1-2 orbs to finish them off

so do u suggest getting a low block (enough dex for wiz), 75 block or something in between?

Apoq 2003-08-14 10:10 PM

yes you want dexterity as low as possible, to get as much life/mana as possible and it gives you the ability to get away and let some mana regen so you don't get block locked mana burned, and most importantly dead.

I hear dueling without energy sheild on is good....is this true? Ive never really played a sorc without it....

Apoq 2003-08-15 09:51 AM

if you have low block % and dtm% (damage to mana) using energy shield will help keep you from getting pounded too hard physically
