[13:49] D3V: the DEA was still performing illegal raids (technically) not too long ago, and the Obama administration put a ban on illegal raids where the states have made it legal even though the federal law states that it is still illegal.

[16:10] WetWired: State law cannot contradict federal law. That's why the legalization laws are phrased the way they are. The state can refuse to enforce the law for the country, but the country is free to use its own police bodies to enforce it.
