Holy crap, the FCC is out to lunch. I just watched a Law and Order (CI or SVU, can't remember) Commercial and boobs came out and were clearly visible. This is over the air public tele I'm watching. By the way, this is not a joke, they were there and they stopped bouncing before it went to the next scene. Nipples were clear as daylight. Oy, I love Law and Order now. :D |
