Not a problem man. I know Thanatos and I had talked about it back in the day, but for the time being it seems to be kinda dead. I would love if anyone wants to step up and make a thread and try to generate some activity for a starcraft clan, I have no opposition and you making anything isn't gonna bother me, i'd actually prefer it.

I don't want to steal your idea and run with it, so if you're thinking of making a Starcraft clan a good idea would be to open a thread for nominations for names, and leave it open for a good while. Then when release comes close have those that will be joining the clan vote on the name.
